WHERE WE ARE
Our IP law firm was founded by Lionel Vial in 2014 with the goal of providing legal counsel to client valuing the quality of legal advices.
We have both academia and public or private companies as clients. The latter range from large industrial groups to SMEs and start-ups in the field of pharmaceuticals, agro-food, chemical aroma production, polymers, vaccinotherapy, predictive medicine, cell therapy, anticancer therapy or cosmetics.
Case management within the firm is paperless and secured by a computer database (DIAMS Classic).
Our firm is located on the plateau of Saclay, 25 km south of Paris, within the Paris-Saclay cluster which will soon gather 20 to 25% of the French scientific research by hosting academic research organizations (CNRS, CEA, INRA, Soleil synchrotron ), universities (Université Paris Sud, Université Versailles Saint-Quentin), engineering and business graduate schools (Grandes Ecoles) (Ecole Polytechnique, HEC, Ecole Normale Supérieure Paris Sacaly, Centrale-Supélec, Institut d’Optique, Agro ParisTech, Télécom Paris Tech, ENSTA Paris Tech) and also research laboratories from companies (Danone, EDF, Thalès, Horiba).
